NASHVILLE, TN. (Arista Nashville Records) - Award-winning Arista Nashville hitmaker Brad Paisley scores a No 1 video this week, as "Whiskey Lullaby" - his acclaimed duet with Alison Krauss - lands atop CMT's fan-voted Top 20 Countdown, while the video continues its run on CMT.com as the No 1 streaming current video for the 11th consecutive week. The success of the video and smash single continue to underscore the strength of Paisley's most recent collection, Mud on the Tires, which recently earned a CMA nomination for Album of the Year.

Already certified Platinum, Mud on the Tires continues to be a formidable presence on the country sales chart. Now in its 60th week of release, the disc is currently the oldest charting album among Billboard's Top Country Albums Top 10, perched at No 6 this week.

A three-time CMA Award winner, Paisley is nominated for a total of four 2004 CMA trophies, including the aforementioned Album of the Year, as well as Single, Video, and Musical Event, all for "Whiskey Lullaby."

New on the singles charts and among the most-added records at country radio this week is Paisley's "Mud on the Tires," the album title track about which Billboard praises, "This light and breezy tune perfectly showcases Paisley's guitar prowess and his engaging vocals. Like a skilled fisherman, the West Virginia native continues to reel in the big ones, with this track being his latest great catch."
This week, "Mud on the Tires" cruises to No 40* at Billboard and No 44* at R&R.
