British Airways Giving Passengers A Sneak Preview Of Debut Album By New York Recording Artist Jennie Walker On Its Global In-flight Entertainment System

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Jennie Walker Official Website) British Airways is giving passengers a sneak preview of a debut album by New York recording artist Jennie Walker from August 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012 on its global in-flight entertainment system.

The album "Night Flight to London" will be available to customers on October 3, 2011 with a presale starting August 1, 2011. But all 12 songs from the album will be featured on all long-haul British Airways flights for six month, which reached over 1 million people monthly. The songs will be featured in the "Easy Listening" section of audio entertainment on all newer aircraft, while older aircraft will carry a track plus bio for Ms. Walker.

Ms. Walker is a 2011 British Airways Face of Opportunity winner, based on the strength of her music business pitch around her debut album. She spent time in London during February 2011 to perform and promote her album as a result of winning the national competition.

In addition to the inflight audio airplay, more of Ms. Walker's story-how she came to write the songs, and why now, at the age of 48, she is pursuing indie music, after two decades as a charity fundraiser -will be available for the special "In Conversations" section of the system in September.

Her single, "Night Flight to London" will be featured in the "Taking it Easy" radio show during the month of September 2011.

Jennie Walker is a New York based recording artist, who worked with 12 time platinum selling and Grammy nominated producer, Tommy Faragher on her album. Tommy Faragher is currently experiencing success with production work on the hit Fox TV show GLEE and has worked with the Bee Gees, Taylor Dayne, Elvis Costello, Angelique Kidjo and many others.
