Live Performance by Steve Tyrell to Jazz Up Summer Concert Series

GLENDALE, CA. (Taylor Patterson)--Grammy winner and Emmy nominated singer/songwriter Steve Tyrell will jazz up The Americana at Brand singing songs from his new album Back to Bacharach. A world renowned artist who shot to fame singing 'The Way You Look Tonight' in the hit movie Father of the Bride, Steve Tyrell's first album, A New Standard, spent 90 weeks on Billboard's jazz chart and peaked in the top 5. Opening for Tyrell is 25-year-old singer/songwriter Ferras, whose debut album, 'Aliens and Rainbows' was released this year. Music-lovers know him best for his first hit single, 'Hollywood's Not America,' featured as the farewell song on season five of American Idol. He has performed on the Today Show and MTV and has recently completed a nationwide tour. The concert will be hosted by Ali Landry, former Miss USA, model and actress. Sponsors include Nissan, Wells Fargo and Her Energy Drink.
