(Top40 Charts/ www.lifebeat.org) - The year 2007, marks a milestone for LIFEbeat, the national non-profit organization dedicated to reaching America's youth with the message of HIV/AIDS prevention, as it observes its 15th anniversary. On Saturday, September 8th at House of Blues in Las Vegas, MTV helps LIFEbeat celebrate with VMA Fandemonium: A Concert to Benefit LIFEbeat. The annual MTV concert to benefit LIFEbeat will feature sizzling performances by VMA nominated artists Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke. VMA Fandemonium will also include DJ ?uestlove of the Grammy-winning hip-hop group The Roots accompanied by MC Yameen Allworld.

VMA Fandemonium: A Concert to Benefit LIFEbeat marks one of the many MTV/LIFEbeat collaborations which began in 1995. Past concerts include UrbanAID, MTV, Levi's & LIFEbeat 'Music with a Message' concert held on World AIDS Day in 2000 and LIFEbeat 10th Anniversary in 2002.

"Since its inception, LIFEbeat has always been in the forefront of HIV/AIDS education and prevention and MTV is proud to observe their 15th anniversary milestone at this year's VMAs and will continue to support them in raising awareness and money to fight this disease," said Christina Norman, President, MTV.

Tickets for VMA Fandemonium: A Concert to Benefit LIFEbeat, a 21 and over event, begin at $75.00 for General Admission, $400.00 for VIP. Tickets go on sale on August 29th at 1pm PDT, at House of Blues Box Office inside Mandalay Bay and online at https://www.ticketmaster.com. In addition, tickets can be won locally on 98.5 KLUC and KMXB, Mix 94.1

The "2007 MTV Video Music Awards" will air live from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 9PM (Live ET/Tape Delayed PT.)
