New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The soundtrack for the Apple's new drama "Silo," composed entirely by Atli Örvarsson, will debut on May 5, the same day as the global premiere of the first two episodes of series on Apple TV+. Örvarsson's score was crucial in telling the agonizing struggle of the last ten thousand people on Earth, and lays the emotional foundation built on by the incredible cast.

"I'm so grateful to Morten Tyldum, Graham Yost and Apple for bringing me along on the journey of building the world of the Silo," comments Atli. "As a sci-fi fan for as long as I can remember, it's been a dream come true for me to help telling this story and working with the performances of this brilliant cast, led by the inimitable Rebecca Ferguson, has made the process a real joy."

"Silo," the gripping, world building Apple Original drama based on Hugh Howey's New York Times bestselling trilogy of dystopian novels, stars an ensemble cast led by Rebecca Ferguson ("Dune," "Mission: Impossible"). Emmy-nominated screenwriter Graham Yost ("Band of Brothers," "Justified") serves as showrunner. "Silo" is produced for Apple TV+ by AMC Studios and is executive produced by Yost, Howey and Ferguson, alongside Academy Award nominee Morten Tyldum ("Defending Jacob," "The Imitation Game"), Nina Jack, Fred Golan, Rémi Aubuchon and Ingrid Escajeda.
