New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today, alt-pop sensation, songwriter, and filmmaker Zolita introduces her upcoming EP and a brand-new cinematic universe with the release of her single "20 Questions" and its accompanying music video - the first in a series that will deliver a sonic and visual journey of falling in and out of love, and the time in between. Pop anthem "20 Questions" blends shimmering textures and euphoric harmonies with themes of betrayal and taking your power back, as the movie-esque video sees Zolita confronting an unfaithful partner before imagining her revenge playing out through iconic movies and music videos including Black Swan and Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time."
"'20 Questions' was born when I was thinking back on an ex who cheated on me and all of the initial questions that ran through my head that I didn't get the chance to ask," Zolita shares.

Zolita will also headline The Dinah this weekend to celebrate its 31st Anniversary as the largest annual festival for queer women. Performing at Palm Springs' Margaritaville Resort alongside Fletcher, Taylor Dane, and more, Zolita will take to the stage on September 25 at The Sunday Funday Pool Party alongside Siena Liggins.

Masterfully directing, producing, and editing her own videos, Zolita made waves earlier this year for her episodic viral trilogy that featured "Somebody I F*cked Once," "Single In September," and "I F*cking Love You." Quickly adding to her more than 140 million global streams, the trilogy put a brilliant twist on the classic teen movie, following the storyline of high school cheerleader falling for the artsy outsider and their moment of reconnection five years into the future.

Using classic tropes and nostalgia at the emotional core of her colorful, narrative-driven music videos, Zolita uses her passion for both music and filmmaking to center LGBTQ+ storylines and share joyful queer stories as a way of fostering inclusivity and connection.
